Epsom Family Home

My clients were wonderful and wanted to add much needed warmth and character to this kitchen, living, diner. In fact when we started it was just a kitchen/diner but I could see the potential to create a sitting area as the floorplan was ample without the need for any extension or reconfiguration. This was all about enhancing what was already there, stripping out the old and revisioning the space.

The neutral palette was anchored by Farrow & Balls “Pointing” on the walls, ceiling and woodwork. Warm oak, linens, wools and layered textures were accented by blue and black elements. Each space within the open plan scheme has an identity with the dining area featuring a bespoke banquette and joinery installation. The blue Claybrook Kyoto tiles provide the perfect backdrop and perfectly accentuate the navy base cabinets. This is now a calm, relaxing and sophisticated space perfect for family life and entertaining.
